Beautiful property in the countryside surrounds Florence close to Bargino village. The villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards,a beautiful garden and it has 3 beautiful lodges with table and chairs for 3 solutions to stay and dine outside: one next to the villa, one on the basement and the third next to the pool..
The villa is on 4 floors and is perfect for 10 people.

Ground floor:
It is composed by a large entrance, studio (telephone -fax wi-fi connection), living-room with Sat tv (sky) and two sofa beds, 2 small bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped, oven, washing-machine, 1 large freezer, fire-place, 2 double-bedrooms each with bathroom and air conditioning, 1 twin-bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom at the same floor.

First floor:
1 double-bedroom with bathroom and air conditioning.

Lower floor:
a fantastic Spa (calidarium, sauna, frigidarium, turkish bath, relax shower, toilette/cloackroom), a billiard room (6 holes), a gym (tapis roulent, cyclette etc and 1 double-bedroom with bathroom and air conditioning.

Very lower floor:
indipendent living room perfect to play cards, Tv Cinema HD B&O system, Nintendo Wi system and Wii Fit. Next to these rooms, an exterior terrace with table and chairs.
In the garden a large pool and a big lodge with a barbecue, table and chairs for exterior dinings.

From Florence Impruneta, take freeway Florence-Siena in direction Siena.
Exit at Bargino (second exit) after 12,5 km; turn to the left in direction Calzaiolo;
after the small village turn to the right in via Mura.
Follow streight the uphill road untill you reach the sign for on the right side of the street.
So turn right and you arrive to the property.
