The Property |

In the heart of Tuscany, 15 kms from Arezzo and at an altitude of 500 mts.
It is a Villa obtained from a Benedictine Monastery of the XII° century very well restored, situated in the middle of a vast forest including a game-preserve with abundant native game such as muflons, fallow deer and wild boar.
A very small village embraces The Monastery, the Church and the houses originally used by servants and nuns.
The Church dating back to the XII° century, is one of the five examples of Benedictine architecture with a three–mullioned window apse and a crypt .
The house, furnished with old well preserved furniture, can sleep comfortably fifteen people. There are in fact eight bed-rooms each with its own bathroom (total 8 bathrooms, 5 with shower and 3 with tub): two with double-beds, five with twin-beds, and a single-room not counting the servant’s room). There is a dining room, reading and sitting room equipped with Satellite TV.
Badicroce is rented in its entirety for weekly periods.
The county roads are used only by people living or working at Badicroce and are all private.
It is possible to visit the 1.000 hectars estate by jeep or go for a walk in an atmosphere of absolute peace.
There is an outdoour dining area as well.
Near to the Monastery there is a large lake of uncommon beauty, wich, during the summer months, allows bathing from a floating platform sun-deck equipped with a changing hut, deck-chairs and a beach–umbrella.
A heliport allows the landing and the take off of any type of helicopter.
The villa is on 2 floors.

Exit at Arezzo
Following directions for Arezzo Centro and then San Sepolcro-Città di Castello
Go straight until Palazzo del Pero village.
At the village, at the newsstand on the right corner, turn to the right direction Castiglion Fiorentino.
After few kms, you will find Badicroce estate on the right side of the street.
